What Pro is for
Pro exists for features that add durability: attachments and exports that you can archive, print, or store outside the app.
- Attachments — one photo per note, compressed.
- Exports — formats designed for backups and long-term records.
- Unlimited clients — for real usage beyond testing.
If you only need a lightweight client notebook for a small set of clients, Free may be enough.
Offline-first trade-offs
Client Log stores data locally on your device. There is no cloud sync and no account.
This reduces risk and dependency — but it means you should export backups before changing phones.

Not a CRM (by design)
Client Log does not do pipelines, automation, reminders, dashboards, or analytics.
Those features increase complexity. This app stays minimal so you can write notes and move on.

Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees.
What happens if I buy Pro and change my phone?
Because the app is offline-first, you should export your data before switching devices. Export exists so you can keep a backup outside the app.
Why does Pro include exports?
Export is a core part of data ownership. Pro adds formats designed for archiving: ZIP (with photos) and HTML / PDF-friendly exports.
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Free is built so you can test the workflow. Pro is for long-term use.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund policy depends on the platform stores at launch. Details will be published with the release.
